Registration & Expo Hall Open
7:00 am
Check in, pick up your name badge, and start your day by exploring the Expo Hall. Meet exhibitors and see the latest products, equipment, technology, services, and solutions for the landscape industry.
Education Sessions
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Educational sessions will take place throughout the day across multiple tracks, including:

Expo Hall
The Expo Hall will be open throughout the day.
Take time between sessions to connect with exhibitors, learn about new products and equipment, discover industry resources, and build relationships with companies serving the landscape industry.
Lunch & Exhibits
No need to leave Expo for lunch!
A sack lunch is included for all pre-registered attendees. Enjoy lunch while you explore the Expo Hall, visit exhibitors, and connect with other landscape professionals.
This continues the same general approach used in 2025, when attendees were encouraged to stay in the trade show area during lunch.

Parking is free for Expo attendees.
Registration & Name Badges
When you arrive, stop by the OLCA Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and event information.
If multiple people from your company were registered together, badges will be available under the company registration.
Plan Your Education
With multiple education tracks running throughout the day, we encourage you to review the schedule before Expo and identify the sessions you would most like to attend.
You are welcome to choose sessions across different tracks—you do not need to stay within one track for the entire day.
Continuing Education
Need CEH or CEU credit for your license or certification?
If you are a licensed landscape contractor or hold an industry certification and plan to claim continuing education credit, please make sure you follow the required attendance and reporting procedures.
CEH/CEU Reminder: Pick up the appropriate reporting information at registration, follow the attendance requirements for the sessions you attend, and return any required documentation to the OLCA Registration Desk before leaving Expo.
Door Prizes & Giveaways
Be sure to spend time in the Expo Hall during designated breaks!
Participating exhibitors may offer door prizes and giveaways throughout the day. Winners must be present to win.
