The Oregon Landscape Contractors Association (OLCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for the landscape community at the local, state, and national levels. Our mission is to address issues that impact both the profession and the communities we serve.

OLCA thrives through the active involvement of our members, who are passionate professionals committed to excellence. Our members uphold the highest standards in horticulture, environmental stewardship, agriculture, and landscape business practices. Licensed, certified, and insured, they continually expand their expertise as new technologies, research, and practices evolve.

Together, we are shaping the future of Oregon’s landscape industry.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association is to serve the needs of its members and to promote the growth and well-being of the landscape industry.

What is OLCA?

OLCA is a not-for-profit statewide professional organization that advocates for the landscape industry on local, state and national issues affecting both the profession and the world we live in. OLCA functions through the active volunteer work of our membership.

The Oregon Landscape Contractors Association membership includes:

  • Landscape Contracting Professionals
  • Landscape Maintenance Professionals
  • Suppliers to the landscape industry
  • Staff from educational institutions and students in the horticulture program
